I’m a wife of a resident and mother to two beautiful babies. After the birth of my littlest bird, I decided to become a stay-at-home mom. I’ve always enjoyed cooking for my family, but when we went to becoming a one-income family, I found that I couldn’t justify spending so much money on specialty ingredients. Since cooking and baking is my passion, I have been working to find a way to maximize my groceries, substitute where I can, and still make delicious meals for my family, which can range from 2-8 diners on any given night. I also enjoy craft projects, specifically knitting and crochet, reading, exercise, and spending time with my family.
